Recurrent brachiocephalic vein thrombosis in antiphospholipid syndrome

چکیده

We present a case of a middle-aged man with recurrent brachiocephalic vein thrombosis concomitant with antiphospholipid syndrome. The reported case concerns unique involvement of the brachiocephalic vein and the difficulties in laboratory diagnostics of the antiphospholipid syndrome.
